We use this information to respond to inquiries, configure and support monitoring installations, maintain service records, and send the operational notifications you request.

SMS privacy

We do not sell mobile numbers or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties, except with providers needed to deliver the messages. Message frequency varies with tank conditions and your notification settings. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

Monitoring and communication providers, including Datacake and Twilio when enabled, process the information necessary to operate the service. Our website host and communication providers may process routine connection and security logs under their own policies.

This website

This site does not contain advertising trackers or a payment form. The SMS request form opens your email app; it does not submit a signup to a server or activate messages automatically. Information reaches us only when you send the email.

Retention and choices

We retain information as needed to provide service, support installations, document consent, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legal or service reasons.
